The photo management BoF is for people who want to discuss how to manage large piles of digital photographs effectively, preferably by using free software tools.

There's a whole bunch of tools for this, from simple shell scripts generating HTML galleries to GUI systems such as digiKam and F-Spot. There's various ways of using them.

All of these are open for discussion. The actual discussion, of course, is based on what the participants want to talk about.

If you have specific topics, feel free to add them to this.

(Hidden agenda: Lars is wanting to write his Lightroom killer and is looking for inspiration.)
